One of the things on my bucket list is to visit a beach during an overgrowth of Dinoflagellates or copeopods. The aglae bioluminescences blue when disturbed in the water. :) Mother nature is amazing. (Especially microbes!)
I don't know I tried looking it up and there wasn't a specific place that I could find! I Guess I just have to stay updated on the plankton growth around the world! Some posts were in Australia and others were in Cali!
